SPONSORSHIP DRIVE

Dear Business Owner,

            First, I would like to thank you on behalf of PJW, Area IX and all of the talented young wrestlers who have benefited from your previous sponsorship.

            Again we are soliciting business owners who believe in the future of our youth wrestlers within the communities that you do business. Our youth are the future and the support of your sponsorship will continue to help in developing them into great leaders. Studies show that kids who participate in sports programs excel in academics, life, and leadership; in fact, 13 US Presidents and numerous NFL players have competed and attribute their success to wrestling.

            Area IX is encompassed within the following counties; Adams, Berks, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lancaster, Lebanon, Perry, Schuylkill, and York. We will advertise your business in all ways possible to help you grow as a community leader. PJW is an all volunteer organization and all proceeds are used to develop programs in our own state and local communities.

                                                            2011 Sponsorship Description

Weight Class Sponsor: $100-Your Company info will be listed on the Area IX Championship bracket for the selected Weight Class/Age Division of your choice (if available).  Listing will be on the Area IX Website, Area IX Tournament Program, and Area IX Tournament Wall Chart. There are 53 Age/Weight Classes.  If you buy 3, you get a 4^th for free.

T-Shirt Sponsor: $175-Your info will be in the back of the prestigious “State Qualifier Contestant Shirt”.  There are 106 wrestlers that qualify for states. There are only 4 of these sponsorships available.  Your info will also be listed on our website on the Main Page as well as a listing in the Tournament Program with the other T-Shirt Sponsors.  This is a great deal with a lot of exposure.

Mat Sponsor: $250-There are 8 mats running throughout Area IX Championship.  Your info will be displayed on the Scorers Table of each mat.  Your info will be displayed at the Head Table.  You supply the banners (up to 3) and we will hang them for the duration of the Championship.  There will be a Sponsor Table provided for your brochures (shared with other Mat Sponsors).  Your info will be listed graciously on the Area IX Website.  You will be able to pass out items (samples, brochures, camp info) during weigh ins.

Major Sponsor: $500 - We can be creative in developing an advertising campaign for your company or program.  If you desire to be a major sponsor of PJW, Area IX, contact Barry Barrick for options.
